Berkeley's public financing program matches qualified contributions six to one. A qualified contribution is $10 to $60 from a Berkeley resident, and it comes with a short receipt the contributor signs.

That used to mean printing, signing, scanning, and emailing a form back. This page does the same thing online — fill it out, sign on your screen, and submit. You'll get a copy of the signed receipt, and it goes to the campaign automatically.

This isn't the payment. Make your $10–$60 contribution the usual way first — donate here — then complete this receipt to document it. The campaign attaches your payment confirmation before filing.

Prefer paper? Download the form (the committee and candidate are already filled in), print and sign it, then email it to donate@wallmandistrict8.com or mail it to Wallman City Council 2026, 2930 Domingo Ave #111, Berkeley, CA 94705.
